Adjustment of service hours due to Coronavirus
Due to the rapidly evolving Coronavirus situation in Hong Kong, K&R has to adjust our service hours while maintaining our services of inquiry, reloading, replacement and redemption. Please find the details as follows:
(1) Customer service hotline and email inquiry services shall remain unchanged and are available from 9:00 to 18:00 on business days.
(2) K&R will provide limited on-site services at our office from 10:00 to 15:00 every Friday.
(3) Reload requests will be processed weekly. Hence, requests raised between the last Friday at 00:00 and Thursday at 23:59 will be processed by 12:00 on Friday every week.
(4) Card replacement and redemption services will be provided in our services hours stated in (2), and the processing time will be 10 business days.
This adjustment will take effect from 10th Feb 2020 to 29th Feb 2020 (tentatively). We will pay close attention to the Coronavirus situation and announce any further adjustments.
